DUE TO THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY THE 2020 ANTIQUES & ART SHOW HAS BEEN CANCELED
Delivery and Pick Up
Artwork must be delivered to West Morris Mendham High School on Thursday, April 2, 2020 from 12-7pm. All artwork must be removed on Sunday, April 5th between 4pm and 8pm. Artwork packing materials must be provided by Artists and clearly labeled and will be kept at the show.
The premises will be locked and secured by 10:00 pm on Friday night and by 6:00 pm Saturday night. Artists must maintain liability and property insurance on all works. The Rotary Club of the Mendhams will not be responsible for damage to or theft of any art work.
Kathleen Palmer will handle sales on behalf of the Rotary throughout the show.
Payment to artists will be remitted within 30 days. Rotary will retain a 30% commission on all sales.
